1. Return Window

You have 7 business days from the date you received your item to request a return. If 7 business days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

3. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons (as we sell drinkware/water bottles), we cannot accept returns on items that have been filled with liquid, used, or have broken safety seals.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at familyaboveverything6@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days (depending on your card issuer's policies).

  • Rejected: If the item is found to be used or damaged, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

6. Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund.

7. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at familyaboveverything6@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
