Shipping Policy
Thank you for choosing Fae’s Swag. We are committed to delivering your hydration essentials as quickly and efficiently as possible.
1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We aim to get your order to your doorstep within 4 to 5 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note: While we strive to meet these timelines, delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or peak seasonal volumes.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can use this number to monitor your package's journey. Tracking information usually updates within 24 hours of shipment.
4. Shipping Area
Currently, we ship to all addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time (unless specified otherwise by your carrier).
5. Damages and Issues
Fae’s Swag is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. However, we care about your experience. If you receive your water bottle damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and contact the shipping carrier immediately to file a claim.
6. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
